Richard Ries Portfolio

I have some experience responding to state contracts. While living briefly in the Carolinas, I helped a small, woman-owned mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP-FP) engineering firm who also did professional outside lighting bid on school contracts and projects including for Wake Forest, Duke, UNC Chapel Hill, UNC Asheville, UNC Charlotte, North Carolina State University (NCSU), and Clemson. Other projects included outside lighting for the James K. Polk library and Truist Field, home of the minor league baseball team the Charlotte Knights. Topics I wrote on including LEED consulting, commissioning, and retro-commissioning of buildings.
